Speak Your Heart Desires

What would you say if you dared vocalize your deepest heart desires? What truths are sitting in your body, waiting to be expressed?

Many people don't realize there's a special relationship between the Solar Plexus, Heart, and Throat, and that when they are all in alignment we can only speak Truth.

So many of us make ourselves small, or self-censor, or disguise what we are trying to say out of a fear of being judged, misunderstood, or hurting another.

As we step into our power and purpose, these filters no longer serve us. They may at one time have worked to keep us safe, but ultimately they hinder our growth. Everyone loses when we stay small and prevent ourselves from stepping into what we came here to do.
