A Podcast with Dr. Trish DeRocher

Inspired Activism as a Spiritual Path

“Self-healing is the path to self-sovereignty.  Self-sovereignty is the path to collective liberation.”

Motivation and inspiration are powerful tools that change and influence perspectives, voices, and projects that shape the world. With all the negativity in the world, it can be hard to find those rare and beautiful stories that tell of inspired spiritual activism and individual healing journeys. Walk the path with me, Dr. Trish DeRocher on the show Heart. Change. Consciousness. on Transformation Talk Radio, where we inspire listeners to take action towards a more JUST world. We’ll hear from authors, change-makers, influencers, activists, poets, filmmakers, and cultural workers who practice inspired spiritual activism and transform vulnerabilities into sources of strength.

Heart. Change. Consciousness. allows us to understand the world from different perspectives and highlights what is possible when we are fearless and open ourselves to our soul purpose while engaging each other across boundaries. Heart. Change. Consciousness. cultivates consensual, difficult, meaningful conversations about pressing social issues that allow for nuance and complexity in a way that mainstream conversations of social issues do not often allow for.  It intentionally delves into the paradox of naming harsh realities and oppressions from a systemic viewpoint while highlighting the beauty of heart-based solutions.

Heart. Change. Consciousness. is rooted in a reciprocity model that offers itself as a place to amplify the work of my guests and serves as a platform to actively build networks of collective, heart-based practices and businesses.  Heart. Change. Consciousness. models that there is no need to compare or compete in this world we are ushering in. This new spirit-based world is co-created, co-curated, and collaborative. For it to work we need to be willing to stand in our own unique power and share our gifts.  By highlighting the work of people already walking a sacred path of spiritual activism, Heart. Change. Consciousness. inspires more people to wake up to their potential and their unique soul journey. The more fearless we are, and the more we are willing to own our bigness, the more we boost our signal so that our soul family and co-curators will find us.

Heart. Change. Consciousness. is for anyone who wants to learn about other ways of looking at and being in the world, hear from contemporary visionaries and cultural workers who are already doing the work, and who feel inspired to step into their power and do their part to bring in a more just world. On a personal level, Heart. Change. Consciousness. offers a sanctioned space for me to have dialogues with people who inspire me and stretch me to grow.  Heart. Change. Consciousness. is dedicated to raising my own individual consciousness, the consciousness of my guests, my audience, and the global community.

Heart. Change. Consciousness. holds the vision that we don’t need to be exceptional or even particularly “good” to do this work. As we each step into our own power and unique set of gifts, we are able to do extraordinary things, especially when we co-create with others.  Heart. Change. Consciousness. shows what is possible when we are fearless enough to allow ourselves to be guided by our soul purpose.

Join us as we open the path to self-sovereignty and collective liberation!
