The Sacral Chakra is both the pleasure and pain center of the body. When it is clear and balanced, our Sacral is expressive and creative. It is where we manifest and dream from.
In this capitalist, fast-moving world that (purposefully? intentionally?) does not give us time or space to honor the sanctity of ALL of our emotions, we learn at a young age to compartmentalize. Before we know it our basement is over-filled with unprocessed trauma and low, dense vibrations.
As we clear out lower density and timelines in the Sacral, we create the space to dream and live into manifestation our highest possible timeline. Our highest possible timeline is full of abundance, play, tenderness, and pleasure in all forms.
