Integrating with Our Highest Self: Harmonizing Above and Below

More and more people are waking up at this time and finding themselves ill equipped to navigate our new realities. Our physical bodies are so small, and sometimes we get overloaded with the wave of frequency upgrades in our DNA and Earth Grid! And sometimes we need some help fully integrating them into our systems.

This tuning session allows us to anchor in these frequencies into this dimensional plane, and beneficially weave them into our daily lives.

It focuses on tuning the Crown Chakra, which is connected to our relationship with Cosmic space and time. Sometimes we have had experiences in our younger years that have scared us and led us to shut off from this part of ourselves—whether it's retreat from seeing too much too soon, or a more conscious, deliberate decision to turn away from this part of our existence.

This session tunes the half step at the right Shin to anchor in these high frequency upgrades into the root chakra, so we can begin to emerge out of the dualistic interplay between Higher Self and Ego Self. This is a time for us to come into deeper Union with all aspects of ourselves, and to find a home for all of our parts and pieces. We do so by harmonizing our relationship with Above and Below.
