Transform! Program Options

Transform! is a 6 Module Course that focuses on identifying all of the barricades we have placed between ourselves and our Hearts that are preventing us from remembering the truth of who we are.

This program is intended for those who are tired of self-sabotaging and who are ready to do the heavy lifting that self-healing requires. A spiritual bootcamp of sorts, this program respectfully bridges East/West approaches to healing the 5 layers (Koshas) of the body.

Transform! is rooted in Ayurvedic and Yogic principles. It provides an overview of the Chakra system, while simultaneously providing tools based in Somatic Therapy and Internal Family Systems for enrollees to delve deep into their fear responses, emotional triggers, limiting belief systems, and unhelpful mind patterns.

Alongside of this clearing and rewiring, this program incorporates an introduction to manifestation principles to call in the life you want to be living and energy healing practices to allow you to move into a place of acceptance, forgiveness, self-love, while cultivating healthier relationships in your daily life.

Enrollees should plan on weekly practices and exercises between sessions for self-study. While there is no expectation that students have a spiritual practice when enrolling in the program, it is important to note that it is rooted in spiritual principles.
