Customized Pathways for Your Healing Journey

We All Come to Healing In Our Own Way.

At Transformative Consciousness, we believe there is no one “right” way to heal and that eventually, all points connect.

Our customized pathways are designed to meet you where you are on your path.

Below you will find four distinct pathways for engaging with our offerings, whether you are looking for personal, collective, institutional, online, or in-person services.

We are our own best healers.

Sometimes we just need some help.

Whether you are just stepping onto your healing path, a healer in need of some healing, or looking for more tools to offer to your clients, our Guided Self-Healing Pathway provides individual healing sessions, customized & group somatic-based healing programs, and a Certification to become a Spiritual Somatics Coach.

We are being asked to collectively heal ancestral trauma.

We are currently swimming in a sea of cultural trauma. And we need you and your unique medicine to join us in this in this collective effort to heal.

Whether you are a seasoned activist, community organizer, or a newcomer to the social justice world, we have live workshops, online programs, 9-month cohorts, and in-person Intensives at The Center for Transformative Consciousness designed with you in mind.

The energy we bring to organizing is the energy we build the new world with.

Self-care and individual healing are required to be able to show up for the type of systemic overhaul we are being asked to address right now to prevent further compounded ancestral trauma.

And we need macro-level institutional efforts to address ongoing unjust power dynamics, social inequities, and unspoken colonial, patriarchal, white supremacist, capitalist, ablest, heterosexist, transphobic, and xenophobic logics existing within “progressive” organizations.

These online, live, and customized institutional programming offerings uniquely combine Trish’s doctoral training, background in curriculum design, institutional DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) trainings and service work, and somatic-based techniques for addressing cultural trauma on simultaneous micro & macro levels.

We need a place to dream, connect, and rest.

The late Black Feminist bell hooks has said that the imagination is our most under utilized political tool. If we merely address the shortcomings of this world we are living in, we will never see beyond it to build a world truly grounded in equitable social relations and right relationship with ourselves, each other, and the Earth.

We need to see and dream beyond the existing systems. And we need to be rested and resourced to do it.

The Center for Transformative Consciousness is a physical, rural Retreat Center and Holistic Health & Educational Campus for activists, advocates, innovators, influencers, and changemakers to come to connect, network, dream, rest, and heal. We offer public and private workshops, retreats, and intensives on a remote mountain, in a fern-filled forest on unceded Abenaki land in N’dakinna (Vermont).
