Align! Program Options

Align! is an intermediate level program intended for those who have already taken Transform! and who are looking to more deeply integrate the tools they have acquired into their daily life.

As the follow-up course to Transform!, Align! focuses on helping you to cultivate daily spiritual practices, building a sustaining relationship with vibrational energy tools, and reviewing elements of the Transform! curriculum at a deeper metaphysical level.

While some of the material will be review, this is an opportunity to work with the tools from a more healed, calm space now that unhelpful behaviors and patterns have been identified, named, and worked with from a place of self-love and compassion.

Enrollees will continue to identify what they want their life to look and feel like with more clarity and precision, and work to cultivate sustainable self-care and meditation practices that are tailored to their individual lifestyles and needs. Align! introduces mantra work and intermediate level manifestation techniques.

Enrollees should plan on weekly practices and exercises between sessions for self-study. While there is no expectation that students have an established spiritual practice when enrolling in the program, it is important to note that this program is explicitly focused on the spiritual.
